Admissions at Little Stars are open for Playgroup, Nursery, LKG and UKG. The process is deliberately simple — no long forms, no queues, no pressure. Most families finish it in a single visit.
Step one: say hello. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 96003 18663. Tell us your child's age and ask anything at all — fees, timings, what a day looks like. There is no obligation and no sales pitch.
Step two: visit the campus. Come and see the classrooms, meet the teachers, and watch how the children behave. We would rather you judged us in person than from a website. Bring your child if you can — how they react to the room tells you a great deal.
Step three: reserve a seat. Fill in the short admission form and send it to us on WhatsApp. We'll confirm the seat and tell you exactly what to bring.
What you'll need to bring
The paperwork is light. Generally we ask for your child's birth certificate, a few passport-size photographs, and a parent ID. If anything is missing, tell us — it is rarely a problem and we will not turn a family away over a document.

Which programme is my child eligible for?
As a rough guide: Playgroup takes children around 2 to 3 years, Nursery around 3 to 4, LKG around 4 to 5, and UKG around 5 to 6.
But we place children by readiness, not only by birthday. If your child sits on the boundary between two groups, come and talk to us — a short conversation usually settles it, and it is far better to get this right at the start.

Fees
We keep our fees affordable for families in Thoothukudi and Tuticorin, and we would rather discuss them honestly with you than publish a number without context. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the complete fee structure and brochure the same day.
When should I enquire?
As early as you comfortably can. Seats — particularly in LKG — are limited, and we would rather place your child in the right group than the last available one. Enquiring early costs you nothing and keeps your options open.
Transferring from another preschool
Children join us mid-way from other preschools in Thoothukudi and Tuticorin every year. It is normal and it is usually smooth. Bring whatever record you have from the previous school, and tell us candidly what worked and what didn't.
We will spend the first few weeks finding out where your child genuinely is, and adjust from there.
After you apply
Once your seat is confirmed we'll share the start date, the school timings, what to pack, and what your child should wear. Then we'll leave you alone until the first day — no chasing, no pressure.
On day one, arrive a few minutes early, say a short goodbye rather than a long one, and trust us with the rest. It is almost always harder for the parent than for the child.
